Emergency Management Director

The City of Ellendale is looking for a person to fill the role of Emergency Management Director. The role involves working with Steele County Emergency Management in overseeing, planning and organizing the necessary response for any emergency disasters that may occur in Ellendale. The role involves attending meetings with the Steele County Emergency Management Department and various organizations involved with disaster relief and recovery.

The position assists in placing citizens who are in need of shelter during emergency situations such as winter storms.

This a paid position with payment for meetings attended and mileage reimbursement.
